How to Reset the Password of Matomo User

Once you finish the Matomo installation, you can log in to Matomo with the super user you created during the installation process. You can also reset the password of Matomo super user as you want. This guide will show you how to reset the super user's password.

1. Log in to Control Panel

Please Log in to Control panel on our platform.

2. Navigate to "Site & SSL" page

Go to the Site & SSL page in the Control Panel, you can see the Matomo login URL.

3. Reset password

Click "Reset Password" to reset the super user's password and save it.

Once it finishes, you can log in to your Matomo with the new credentials.
