What is the renewal price for a server bought during the Anniversary Deals Promotion?
Servers purchased during the promotion are offered at a lifetime discount until the service is terminated. This means you will enjoy the same discounted rate upon renewal.
Can I get the promotion discount for my existing server?
Anniversary Deals discounts are only available for new orders. However, we have special renewal policies for our existing customers. Please contact our sales team to learn more and discuss your options.
Will the discount remain if I upgrade/downgrade the plan after the Anniversary Deals Promotion?
No, the discount will not apply if the new plan is excluded from the Anniversary Deals.
What payment methods do you accept for the Anniversary Deals Promotion?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Check. Non-instant payment methods will delay service deployment until the payment clears. Wire Transfers must be over $100. Paper checks are only for U.S. clients.
How long will it take to set up my server?
Typically, VPS setup takes 1–10 minutes, and Dedicated Server setup takes 20–40 minutes. In case of inventory shortages, there may be a waiting period of up to 48 hours.
Is the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applicable to all products?
No, the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee only applies to VPS hosting services. If you are not satisfied with the VPS hosting server, we will issue a refund for the hosting service fee within the first 30 days after your billing account is registered. Other services, such as dedicated servers, GPU servers, and shared hosting, are not included.
