1.5 Complete Your Billing Information

To request a free trial, you will need to activate your account with valid billing information. Therefore, once you confirm your order, you will be required to update your billing information so that Cloud Clusters can validate your account and thus issue the free trial to you.

Update your Billing information

After updating the necessary information, a pop-up window will appear displaying: Your account is pending verification. Please check your email for updates. Payment will be available once verification is complete.

Verify Billing information

The validation process normally takes 2 hours. During the process, your trial server is in Pending status.

Pending Order

Once the account passes verification, Cloud Clusters will deploy the server for you, and the trial server will be in the Active status. Normally, the deployment for a VPS needs 1-10 minutes, while dedicated server deployment may take 20-40 minutes. When the deployment completes, you will receive an email containing the server information, which can also be found in the control panel. 2.2 Change Billing Cycle (Optional)

Currently, the free trial order is with a monthly subscription. You can switch to a longer billing cycle (such as Quarterly) and enjoy a discount provided for long-term subscriptions. Once the billing cycle is changed, a new invoice with the new recurring amount will be generated.

Find the order that needs an upgrade to the billing cycle and click the edit icon next to Billing Cycle.

Change billing cycle

A pop-up window will then appear. This window displays the upgrade rules and the supported billing cycles, including Quarterly, Annually, and Biennially. Here, we will demonstrate upgrading from Monthly to Quarterly. Select Quarterly and click Confirm to upgrade your billing cycle.

Change billing cycle

Then, navigate to BillingInvoices, where you will find that the original monthly invoice has been automatically canceled and replaced with a new quarterly invoice for the current billing cycle. Click Pay to complete the payment.
