Our servers and VPS provide full administrator permissions, empowering you to install any legal applications or software as per your needs. While we recommend self-installation for optimal customization, if you need assistance, simply submit a ticket request, and we'll gladly assist you.

Are you closed on holidays?

Our technical support is available 24/7/365. However, there may be a slightly longer response time from our billing and sales departments due to holiday hours.

Which versions of SQL Server do you offer?

We offer SQL Server Express Edition.

We do not provide SQL Server Web Edition, SQL Server Standard Edition or SQL Server Datacenter Edition.

Do you have a test period or free trial or demo for your servers?

Yes, we provide a 24-hour free trial for new clients. Here’s how to request one:
1.Choose a plan and click 'Order Now.'
2.In the notes section, type '24-hour free trial' and click 'Check Out.'
3.Click 'Submit Trial Request' at the top right, and complete your personal information. No payment is required.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time? How is pricing adjusted?

Yes. You can adjust your plan at any time. Charges will be prorated based on the remaining billing cycle. For details, contact our billing team via ticket.

Do you offer custom server configurations or quote-based pricing?

Yes. Custom configurations and enterprise-level quotes are available upon request.For details, please contact our sales team via ticket.

Is it possible to choose datacenter while order a server?

Unfortunately, you can't directly choose a datacenter when you purchase a VPS from us right now. All our servers are located in the United States, specifically in Dallas, Texas (Southern US) and Kansas City, Missouri (Central US). These are the only two locations we currently provide.
However, you can specify your preference in the 'Note' section when you place your order. For example, you can write 'Please allocate a Dallas Server' or 'Please allocate a Kansas City Server.' We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer servers with AMD processors?

Currently, all of our servers are equipped with Intel processors. AMD-based server options are not available at this time. If you have specific hardware requirements, please contact our Sales Team for further assistance.

Do I need to save my credit card for a free trial?

Our trial is totally free and no credit card is required.

How do I continue the server after the free trial?

To seamlessly continue your server after the free trial, the system will automatically generate an invoice when you initiate the trial order. If you're satisfied with the trial and wish to proceed, simply pay the invoice, and you'll be able to continue using the service.

Can I get multiple free trials for different plans at a time?

Per our policy, a client only gets a free trial for the first order. If you need more, please contact us.

Why do I get an invoice and reminder email during the free trial?

Our system automatically sends invoice reminders when new orders are placed. If you are in a trial period, you can simply disregard these invoice reminders. However, if you are satisfied with your trial and wish to continue using the service, paying the invoice will immediately extend your subscription and confirm your server order successfully.

Why don't I get a free trial server?

Your trial request may not be approved under the following circumstances:
Exceeding Trial Limits: If you've used more trials than our policy permit, you won't be eligible for an additional trial.
Security Verification: If your account information doesn't pass our security checks, you won't be granted a trial.
Failure to Specify Free Trial: If you didn't leave a note to us for a Free Trial during the order placement.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

We do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for VPS servers. The policy will be eligible for the first 30 days of your completed Cloud Clusters billing account registration.This guarantee does not apply to GPU VPS services.

Do you offer any network and server uptime guarantee?

We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee for our network and all servers.

Are your hosting servers managed?

Yes, we offer managed hosting services. We provide free management for VPS and paid options for dedicated servers.

Which countries are restricted from purchasing high-end GPU servers?

In compliance with international export control and technology regulations, our high-end GPU servers — including RTX 4090, RTX 5090, RTX Pro 6000, A100, and H100 — are not available for purchase in the following countries and regions:
China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Vietnam.

What is your privacy policy for data in the hosting servers?

Can I use your servers for proxy purposes if I'm located in China Mainland?

Unfortunately, due to the IP block policies enforced by the Chinese government, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide proxy server services to customers located in China Mainland.

Can I use your servers to host proxy applications, such as v2rayN, Proxifier, and ProxyCap?

The legality of proxy software varies based on different countries' policies. At present, our server usage policies strictly adhere to U.S. laws, and we do not have a blanket prohibition against the use of proxy software.

It's important to note that if the use of proxy or VPN software within our servers results in our IP addresses being blocked, we will be compelled to discontinue our services to you.

Can I rent your IP or SQL Server without ordering a hosting server?

No, we exclusively offer hosting server services. However, we do provide the option to rent IPs or SQL Servers as add-on services to enhance your hosting experience.

Do you provide DMCA ignored hosting

No, we do not provide DMCA ignored hosting. We comply with US laws, and the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) is a US legislation that governs digital copyrights.

Do you provide 32-bit versions of Windows servers?

By default, we do not provide Windows Server OS. However, if you require a 32-bit OS, we can help you install Windows 10/11 using your own license. Please note that for Windows 10/11 installation, you need to choose a basic or higher VPS plan to ensure sufficient resources.

Do you support VMware 11?

We do not support VMware 11; the highest version supported is VMware 8.

Can I use my own ISO for my VPS?

We currently do not support custom ISO for VPS servers. If our list of operating system images does not include an option that meets your needs, you’re welcome to share your suggestion with our team — we can consider creating a standardized image for broader user access.

Can I use my own Windows server license/ISO on your dedicated server?

Yes, you can upload your installation .iso file to our server by FTP, and then we will reload it to your dedicated server. Or, you can use IPMI to install your own image/ISO file.

What operating systems do you offer for your Linux VPS?

We offer four different operating system options for Linux VPS. We have CentOS 6.x-7.x 64-bit, Ubuntu Server 16.x-18.x 64-bit, Debian 7.x-9.x 64-bit, or OpenSUSE leap 42 for your Linux VPS. If you need other operating systems, you'll need to provide an ISO image.

Please note: We do not provide Kali Linux.

What does 'Windows 10/11 Evaluation' mean?

For your convenience, we provide Windows 10/11 Evaluation versions.
These versions offer the full functionality of Windows 10/11 for testing and evaluation purposes and typically include a 90-day trial period.
Please rest assured that after the trial period expires, your server and applications will continue to operate normally. Only some non-critical Windows features, such as personalization settings and certain system notifications, may be restricted. This does not affect the usage of your installed software, services, or server performance.
To maintain full system functionality and security updates, we recommend activating the operating system with your own valid license when convenient.
Please note that we are not responsible for any free or non-Cloud Clusters-certified licenses. Customers assume the risk for unactivated or self-activated licenses.

Do I have to buy a standard Windows 10/11 license?

No, you do not have to. We provide Windows 10/11 Evaluation editions. Only a few non-essential Windows features (such as personalization options and certain system notifications) may be limited. This does not affect your installed software, services, or overall server performance.

Do your products support macOS?

Unfortunately, we do not support macOS. Our products currently support Windows and Linux operating systems.

Do you offer RDS CALs?

Is it possible to virtualize your bare metal/dedicated server and create VPS within it?

Yes, you can create Linux virtual machines on dedicated/bare metal servers.

Is the VPS Server is HIPPA Complaint ?

Our servers in the Dallas data center meet SOC 2 standards, but we currently do not have HIPAA-related specifications.

How to deploy PyTorch models quickly with Flask?

How to choose the data center I want to host in?

You can contact our customer service personnel to have a server allocated to your specified location or data center.

Do you provide a KVM virtualization server?

Cloud Clusters Windows 10/11 VPS and Linux VPS are based on KVM virtualization.

Do you provide fresh IPs?

Our IPs are recycled, but we ensure the security and availability of the IPs allocated to you.

For which types of applications do you offer pre-installation services?

By default, we offer pre-installation services for various systems and database software, including Windows and Linux. If you need assistance with software installation, please contact our customer service.

Does your server support sending/receiving emails from specific domains?

Yes, we can support this functionality.

Do your VPS/dedicated servers support a microphone?

No, VPS/dedicated server hosting is primarily designed for remote access and control of a server or a computer. While the hosting server allows you to interact with a remote system by transmitting keyboard and mouse input, it is not inherently designed to support audio input/output, including microphones.

Does your GPU server allow virtualization with BIOS?

Yes, our GPU servers are configured to enable virtualization by default. They can effectively support Android emulators and other virtualization needs.

Can I use my own IPs on your servers?

By default, this is not supported. If you have specific requirements, please email details about the number of IPs, their purpose, and the type of product you wish to purchase to support@cloudclusters.io. Our customer service will evaluate whether using your IPs is feasible.

Do you provide servers with CHR MikroTik?

We do not offer support for Cloud Hosted Router (CHR) systems.

Do you offer a dedicated IP based on an OVPN file?

We cannot provide such files as we do not have official partnerships with Spectrum Business or OpenDNS. If you need to run OpenVPN, you can purchase and install it from the official website.

Can I set up Active Directory (AD) on your server so that users can access the domain via the public IP?

Yes, you can set up Active Directory on our servers to enable users to access the domain via the public IP.

Do you provide residential IP/residential servers?

We do not provide residential IPs; all our IPs are sourced from data centers.

Do you provide snapshots for servers?

Snapshots are not provided by default. However, you can consider ordering third-party backup applications or our backup services.

Do you provide offshore servers?

Our servers are located within the United States, so we do not offer offshore hosting services.

Are resources shared or dedicated for your VPS?

The CPU, Memory, and disks are dedicated. The bandwidth is shared with other clients in the same host server and rack.

How can I access your Linux VPS server?

SSH is enabled for all Linux VPS servers. You will get the server IP, username, and password once your VPS is ready. You can log into the VPS server with the root permission via SSH.

Can I connect to your VPS and dedicated servers via mobile phone?

Yes, you can connect to the server via mobile phone. If you use an Android device, please find more Android remote desktop details. If you use an Apple device, please refer to remote desktop iOS.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my dedicated server?

It is easy to upgrade/downgrade memory, but all of our motherboards have maximum memory limits. Please always contact our billing department first to verify if your dedicated server can be upgraded/downgraded or not. It is not easy to upgrade/downgrade the CPU or hard drives. It is better to put a new dedicated server online and migrate the data manually. Our experienced support staff is available to help with your migration for free.

Why is my VPS memory not showing the full capacity?

By default, we have reclaimed a part of unused memory from VMs, which stay idle most of the time. The RAM will get back to your server and automatically increase as long as your server needs it. It will not affect the running speed of your server at all.

Can you change the primary IP for my VPS or dedicated server?

No. The primary IP cannot be changed, but you can order additional IPs at a price of $2/month/IPv4 for your server if you want. ARIN justification and IP usage need to be provided for each additional IP.

How can I point my domain names to your VPS or dedicated servers?

Please change the DNS records and point your domain names to your VPS or dedicated server IP.

Can I have more RDP sessions in my Windows VPS/dedicated server?

By default, Windows 10/11 OS, the RDP only allows one session at a time. If you want more, you must order RDS CALs from Microsoft. Please click here to order.

Do you provide a Graphic User Interface (GUI) for your Linux VPS/dedicated server?

Our Linux VPS/dedicated server does not come with GUI by default, but we can install it for you and enable the VNC access if you submit a support request. You can also install GUI by yourself through SSH.

Do you provide cPanel and WHM for your Linux VPS?

We do not offer cPanel and WHM licenses. We can help you install cPanel on your Linux VPS, but you need to order the cPanel license yourself. cPanel provides 15 days of free trial and it will not work if you do not activate the license after 15 days.

Do you provide a Plesk control panel for hosting servers?

You can install Pleak by yourself or request us to help. However, we do not provide a Plesk license and you need to order a license yourself.

Do you offer SmarterTools email services?

We can help you install SmarterMail(no license), and MailEnable Standard Edition on your server.
SmarterMail(no license) supports a single domain for up to 10 mailboxes. Check more details here.

Can I install cPanel with multiple user accounts?

We can assist you in installing cPanel for free. However, you'll need to purchase a cPanel license, which determines the number of user accounts allowed.

Do you offer free SSL certificates?

Yes, we provide free Let's Encrypt certificates. Feel free to contact us if you need assistance.

How many emails can we create in Mailenable's standard edition?

No limit in Mailenable's standard edition.

Can I use your VPS to book visa appointments?

You can employ our VPS to book visa appointments manually or to run legitimate automated applications. Please keep in mind that our VPS IPs originate from our USA data center and are not residential IPs.

Does your server support setting up a monitoring system with SQL Express and alarms?

Yes, you might consider our Lite Dedicated Server with SSD (16GB RAM, Quad-Core Xeon E3-1230, 480GB SSD + 500GB SATA) or a higher version of dedicated servers. It includes a Windows OS and we can assist in installing SQL Server Express for you.

Can I use your VPS for eBay dropshipping?

Yes, you can use our VPS for eBay dropshipping by running appropriate dropshipping tools and software. Ensure you understand eBay's rules and operate carefully for success and compliance.

Can I run cracked games on your servers?

Running cracked games raises copyright concerns. Our servers do not support illegal usage.

Do you support the DirectAdmin control panel?

Yes, we support DirectAdmin, but you'll need to purchase a license. It's a web hosting control panel for easy management of various services.

Which plan should I choose to open 80-100 web pages simultaneously?

At least 4 physical cores and 16GB of memory are required. We recommend you choose our Express Bare Metal Server.

Can I have multiple accounts for my clients, each associated with their own domain?

Yes, you can. If you're running a web hosting business on a server, each client can have separate access and management for their individual domain. But you will need to install a control panel like cPanel, ISPconfig, or Webmin to simplify management for clients.
